EPL, in partnership with Indigenous Services Canada, had the opportunity to share some culinary skills with various Indigenous experienced and in-training cooks to help them know more about food, health and nutrition. Cooks learned about new ingredients and techniques to create low-cost and nutritious meals, which allowed them to grow their skills and take this knowledge to their First Nations communities.
