On Wednesday, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy received an urgent call from the Kenya Wildlife Service. The distress call reported that a driver guide from Sarova Shaba in Isiolo had found himself stranded atop his car in the midst of the rapidly rising floods.😞 The situation was dire, and without immediate help, his life hung in the balance. We quickly mobilised our resources, including a specialised helicopter, to reach the stranded individual. The pilot was accompanied by our head of anti-poaching
